Poke Loa was born in New Orleans in 2017 from a simple idea: bring the bright, clean, ocean-fresh flavors of Hawaii to the already vibrant food landscape of New Orleans. Every bowl is built to order with two or three scoops of protein, your choice of rice and/or mixed greens, a variety of noodles, and over fifteen vibrant toppings that turn lunch into a tropical escape. From our spot on Metairie Road to neighborhood favorites across the metro area, we keep things simple: the freshest fish, hand-cut produce, house-made sauces, and a menu built for the way you eat. Whether you’re grabbing the signature King Loa, a classic Tuna Bowl, or a Teriyaki Chicken creation, every spoonful is a little bit of aloha.

Our premier Poke Bowl. Two scoops of tuna plus two scoops of salmon over white rice and spring mix with cucumbers, cilantro, tamari, sesame oil, chili paste - topped with avocado, crab salad, seaweed salad, edamame, masago, tobiko, lemon miso aioli, sesame seeds and furikake.

Teriyaki Chicken Bowl
Grilled chicken breast, white rice, gluten-free low-sodium teriyaki sauce, baby cucumbers, sweet onions, avocado, jalapeños, lemon-miso aioli, crispy onions, sesame seeds.

Tuna Bowl
Two scoops of tuna over white rice and spring mix with cucumbers, sweet onion, tamari, chili paste and sesame oil. Topped with crab salad, house-made seaweed salad, edamame, red tobiko, sriracha aioli and black sesame seeds.
